With great excitement, Allegan Homeless Solutions (AHS) announces the hiring of our first staff person, Mary Kasprzyk. Mary accepted the position of Administrative Assistant after a brief period of retirement following her launch and directorship of the Forever Curious Children’s Museum.
Mary brings extensive knowledge and experience of non-profit accounting, leadership, non-profit management, and a heart for those who suffer. “Mary will be a welcome addition to our team”, shared AHS Board President Theresa Bray. “AHS has grown quickly and our services are desperately needed. In addition to our Period Warriors initiative [providing tampons and pads to girls throughout Allegan County], our emergency housing program, and our foray into affordable housing – Mary and her skills are a true blessing”.
